By accessing or using the Crik-It app or website (www.crik-it.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use Crik-It only for lawful purposes related to organizing and sharing cricket activities.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, or violate applicable laws.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

• You may upload match clips and highlights only through the match history feature.
• You retain ownership of your content, but grant Crik-It a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share it within the app.
• You must not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove such content and suspend accounts.

5. Live Scores and Match Data

Live scores and match updates are provided as-is and may depend on user input. Crik-It makes no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in harmful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crik-It is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
